Sigh. I like My Lord Monleigh but find some of it just a tad depressing--when the heroine is forced to live among her dour relatives. Still it is a keeper. But Bride of the MacHugh remains my very favorite. So glad you enjoy the blog! And thanks for letting me know.Regan Walkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02977297105533227463noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7983741341986557.post-8759480053664212602015-07-16T13:26:44.607-07:002015-07-16T13:26:44.607-07:00I love your review, and I agree, this one is a &qu...I love your review, and I agree, this one is a "lighter" read and a nice adventure story. I first learned about Jan Cox Speas when one of my favorite authors, Susanna Kearsley, had an article about Speas on her website. I immediately found the 3 used books and savored them all. I know you are fond of Bride of the MacHue, but if you haven't read My Lord Monleigh, please treat yourself. It's my favorite. And have I told you recently how much I adore this blog??? Oh my goodness, I just get lost in all your lists every time I visit! Happy summer and happy reading.Joannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07716758796036142540noreply@blogger.com
